Lloyd-Jones Documentary Update
July 20, 2015The Martyn Lloyd-Jones documentary, ‘Logic on Fire’ was screened earlier this month. There was a collection at the door towards the work of the Gambia Partnership and a number of Lloyd-Jones books were sold.
It was a reminder to many of a man used of God in the powerful preaching of the Gospel years ago. Some of the older people who attended had met Lloyd-Jones and heard him preaching, whilst some of the younger ones had never heard of Lloyd-Jones and were introduced to him for the first time.
It was a reminder to us to have full confidence in the preached word, knowing that the Spirit will bless the word faithfully preached, in Scotland or the Gambia or anywhere else for that matter.
